Our Journey

Founded in 2014 by Ryan Facer – a time-served electrical engineer who cut his teeth maintaining and repairing vital laboratory equipment in Bedford’s hospitals – we began as a small, family-operated company determined to offer proper, no-shortcuts Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) with genuine customer care.

As our name spread across the region, an increasing number of Bedford-based clients asked if we could also look after their fire extinguishers, alarms and risk assessments. We took that as a compliment, got the team fully qualified, and broadened our services accordingly. Now we’re proud to be the all-in-one safety provider for hundreds of businesses, landlords and organisations in the Bedford area – yet we’re still the same family team who answer the phone and remember your name.
